Physical Changes have to deal with the things that can be observe by others physically. Science defines it as a change from one form to another. An example is solid to liquid; an ice from its solid form to liquid. This reminds me of how our lives can be observe when we are transform from not having a relationship with God to receiving salvation and knowing him intimately. This change can be seen in that, your post on social media will change from just being social to encouraging, uplifting and on purpose sharing God’s word. Your lifestyle changes, you become associated with people of God, you no longer go to clubs, you don’t drink no more, you stop smoking, and you decide to preserve your body as God’s temple, you respect your husband and allows him to lead. Your view of life becomes different from those who were in your circle. Remember there is a spiritual and internal change that happens before we can see the physical manifestation. Physical change is important because you start to practice what you preach and live by it daily. Sometimes we are transform in Christ Jesus and after years of service, we get wearied and start to slowly return to our old habits and ways. Galatians 6:9 states and let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Are you tired of serving God and not getting your prayers answered or not seeing the things you prayed for come to pass? Here are some questions to consider, what are some physical changes in your life since you decided to follow Christ? Do others recognize this change? Are you still struggling with some areas that you know need to be changed?

Today is a day to retrospect on your Christian journey, have you backslidden in the faith, are you losing the true Christian values you once held dear to your heart. God is still waiting and willing to pull into you, if only you will remove the things that are occupying your life and let him in, than your life will truly glorify Jesus. Spend time with your father once again.

Prayer: Father in heaven, I thank you that you are available to make me a better person and even in my shortcomings, you see the good in me. I empty myself of everything impure and I ask you to fill me with your presence that I may do your righteous deeds. In Jesus name
